You’ll get regular updates and have a chance to give feedback along the way, this is a collaborative process, so we’re always in sync.

  • Website Delivery

    Once everything’s polished and ready, your new site goes live! I’ll provide you with all the details, files, and support you need to hit the ground running. From here on, your brand has an online presence that’s sleek, professional, and ready to perform.

You Have Questions, I Have Answers

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of design work, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring you’re satisfied and will work with you to refine your design within the included revision rounds.

What if I don’t like my design?

We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final design aligns with your vision. If major changes are needed beyond the included revisions, additional design time may be required at an extra cost.

What are your turnaround times?

Projects typically take 7–14 business days, not including weekends. Please note that my business days are Monday through Thursday. I do not offer rush services.

Which platforms do you work with?

Shopify is preferred, but I can also work with Wix for web design projects.

What types of images do you accept?

For the best results, high-resolution images (PNG or JPEG) with good lighting and clear details work best. Screenshots, low-quality images, or heavily filtered photos may not produce the desired outcome, therefore we do not accept them. If you will need professional stock photos, they can be added for an additional fee when booking your site.

Do you specialize in certain industries?

Yes. I primarily work with hair, beauty, and fashion brands because these industries require strong visuals, clear structure, and brand confidence to convert.

Do you handle domain hosting or setup?

No. Domains and hosting need to be in place before your site goes live. I can guide you through the process, but clients are responsible for their own accounts (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy).

Will I be able to update my site after it’s live?

Absolutely. Your site will be built on a platform that’s easy to manage, and I provide guidance so you can confidently make updates as needed.

Do you offer quick revisions on designs created by other designers?

No, we do not revise or edit designs that were not originally created by us. Every designer has a unique style, process, and file setup, which can make adjustments time-consuming and complicated. To ensure the best results, we recommend investing in a fresh design that aligns with your brand’s vision and needs.
